For orders with full payment received by SUNPOWER, shipments will be arranged based on stock availability.

You are responsible for any customs delays or returns due to inadequate documentation. It is strongly recommended that you understand local customs clearance policies and prepare all necessary clearance documents in advance to avoid any clearance delays or unexpected fees.

We provide delivery services through internationally recognized logistics companies such as DHL, UPS, etc., to most countries to meet customer needs.

For the UK deliveries we will use Royal Mail service.

Warranty

A warranty of 180 days is provided from the date of shipment. If equipment needs to be sent back for repairs, contact us to submit a repair work order. SUNPOWER only covers the return shipping costs for repaired equipment.

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who directly purchased the machines from SUNPOWER. Once the mining machines are resold, the warranty will be the responsibility of the reseller.

SUNPOWER will not be responsible for any losses resulting from the user not following the provided instructions, specifications, and conditions for using this product or making functional changes to the equipment without prior consent from SUNPOWER.
